Text of Complaint by Deepak kanth:

I have ordered a food at Zomato but the order wasn’t delivered I have waited for hours . The delivery agent called me and informed me to cancel my order and he himself said that he can’t deliver later I informed to customer care but even they failed to deliver my order and believed his Fake Statement Unsafe area and cancelled my order . Who is in need at the time from 8.00 pm to 9.45pm I.e on 4-October-2022 . Is this is the way customer satisfaction towards me or others who is in emergency at this time and they informed me to reorder but the restaurant wasn’t taking order and there was no other restaurant and being middle class family like we use coupon and it was already used and there was no other options then suffering from hunger
