I ordered a king size Sleepx bed from Amazon on in the first week of August and when I got it assembled and slept on it. It got broken the same night with a mere weight of 62 kgs. I sent the pictures to the customer care team and asked for replacement. The team gave me the time of 3-4 business days and till date which is now over a month, nobody came for the pick up of the item. After getting irritated with the the constant negligence and false promises by the team, I asked for the refund but unfortunately I dont have any till date. So technically, I neither have a bed to sleep nor do I have my money back.
