We purchased the De Feliz Vacation membership in Jan 2025 for Rs. 80,000. Since then, we have been messaging and emailing them to book our vacation for few days. However, they are now demanding that we pay the AMC (Annual Maintenance Charges) for our first booking.
When we purchased the package, they had clearly committed that no additional payment would be required for bookings within the first year. Now, they are asking us to pay more money, which contradicts their initial commitment.
And Sales person Dev (manager), Ketan (consultant) calling multiple times to send an email to continue the membership otherwise they will loose their job kind of excuse.
But now I don’t want to continue with this scam company. So please refund my full amount.
This feels like a scam, and I would like to request a full refund of the amount paid.
