Text of Complaint by Kaif Sorathia:

Dear Sir,

On 15 december i have done a request for broad band service at home. Some airtel agent call and came on 16 december morning  and we had a meeting regarding plans . As i wanted  broadband service at home i did registration from him. He took all the details and photos for registration. On 16 december 2020 he said engineer will do the work today.  From that day till 23 december he is picking a call once in a day and he only gives one answer. Today at 5pm the installation will be done.but no installation is done. He made me to do payments i did the payment and  if we call on 5pm he doesnt pick the call and take a strict action with them  So i kindly request that. I want my money back. And i have attached the payment recipt and refrence id . His name is
