Full Incident :
I ordered a New SAMSUNG GALAXY WATCH 3 worth Rs.5,999 on “www.reliancedigital.in” website and paid same for the product on 3rd September 2023. I got delivery of the product on 7th September 2023. When I opened the box I found the watch as a defective product that has a display issue on the right side of the watch with a white band where display is not working. Then immediately I called “Reliance Digital customer support”(Contact No.1800 889 1055) and registered a complaint against the defective product also mailed on “reliancedigital@ril.com” with 6 side image of the product. After that they promised me to give resolution within 24hrs to 72hrs.
But I did not get any solution within 72hrs. Within this I mailed and called the customer support for the solution but I did not get any. Eventually after 6 days on 13th September evening, when I called the customer support again, they informed me that they had closed my case on 12th September.

This way they tried to fraud me without giving any solution. I am giving all the information of my order details and delivery details.
