I ordered a pizza and a cold coffee from zomato at 8:50 pm. It is 9:56 and my order is still not picked up from the restaurant. I paid 400 for the order and on complaining to customer care they are offering 30 rupees cash back. They should have mentioned about this.. 400 for a cold pizza and not even getting my refund. Highly dissatisfied with zomato.
