I had ordered a musical baby walker on 4th August 2023 but received a wrong product on 11th August 2023( order ID OD328798532402341100). Inspite of repeated requests the product has not been picked up by courier provider.I have contacted the Flipkart customer care team several times but didn’t get any positive response from them. I am requesting you to please resolve this issue as soon as possible , otherwise I have to lodge complaint to consumer forum.
