Text of Complaint by Rahul:

I had raised a request for fund transfer from SBI Credit Card to my other Credit Card on 12 May 2023. Initially they told me that will be done in 48 hours then after 48 hours I called their team to enquire about the update then they said it will be done by 16 May 2023 and then on 16 May they said it will be done on 17 as per their record and again I called at around 6 pm on 17 and they said will be done today itself but they didn’t do it and today it’s 18 May I called them again for the update and for enquiring about the reason of not complying with the dates then their team started dropping the calls when they had no answers to my queries about delay and after trying 5 times I was able to speak to their senior executive Mr Prem and conveyed my issue then he was saying the same lines that they we will check why it was not done whereas as per our record it was supposed to be done on 17 May. I asked them because of this delay I’ve surpassed my due date of bill payment of the other credit card into which the balance was supposed to be transferred and now there will be a late fees of around 2000 probably then they are saying we are sorry but that is your problem and you have to bear it.

Why should I bear with the monetary fine or loss because of their poor service of delaying a job for a week and not complying to the dates provided by them. My request no with SBICards with respect to balance transfer is 1322630840375.
