Text of Complaint by Prasad Lakmoji:

I ordered fastag on Paytm on 17th dec 2018, after that i waited for 2 days to receive link from paytm to fill RC details via SMS/Mail. But i did not receive then i called customer care & they asked me to share details on mail id(fastag@paytm.com & fastag.upload@paytm.com. As requested i sent details & called every alternate days to confirm the status. But i was only given answers like,your case is registered & is escalated to higher officials & we will revert in 48hrs. 15days past yet no response from paytm.
