I ordered the fasttag on paytm on 25th november and paid 400rs as per the rate. Since then the status was ready to be shipped. I tried to call the customer care but it disconnected the call after 6mins stating hight call volume. I raised several complaint through paytm app and they kept closing that the product will be shipped and with AWB 125619824952 through Xpressbees. Then they changed the dates and today again it is showing will be shipped on 3dec and will be delivered by 4thdec.
The abn number does not work. i have to go to my home town but cause of this it is getting delayed.
