Text of Complaint by Mausam Kasera:

I have to travel to Ahmedabad from Allahabad via Udaipur. I booked my bus ticket from Allahabd to Delhi on Sat 10 Nov 2018 night(Order Id- 6487328246)
I was waiting the whole night for the bus to arrive at allahabad so that I can get my next flight to Udaipur next day (Sun 11 Nove 2018 Order Id-6496149214) but the bus didnt arrive.
I was trying to connect to Paytm Customer care and Bus vendor, but got no reply.
On Sunday afternoon, when i called to customer care, got to know that my bus got cancelled because of which I was delayed at airport and missed my flight to Udaipur.
I lost my business meet at Udaipur and have to book flight to Ahmedabad with incresed fair(Order id-6504728664).
Now, paytm has refused to entertain the matter but i want the refund for flights and conpesation for my mental and financial losses.
