I had purchased Vento (highend Model Diesel) Volkswagon and while purchasing I was informed about multi layered paint coatings and durability but to my utter shock I have noticed that chrome fittings and panels everywhere are catching rust. I have other car/s in family but for years nothing of such nature has happened. I am shocked how come a premium product is being sold with such fittings/ measures that it is getting rusted. Not only chrome panel but even the company name “Volkswagens” has caught rust. I believe there is some serious issue with quality of chrome fittings and quality has been compromised. It is visually disturbing and causing me embarrassment, apart from mental trauma. It was sent to service centre at Volkswagon  after much delay delaying from their end) but they kept on changing statement, First they said it is rust and when it was enquired how can rust form, they changed statement and claimed it is dust. I told them to give it in writing but they did not and it was told them vehicle would not be picked unless they assign reasons in writing and while responding over email they changed statement to rust and saying it could be because of some alkaline cleaner or sunshine. I told them to test it in any lab and find if apart from water any other cleaner is being used. I offered them to share CCTV footage showing vehicle being covered when not in use and in the last 6 months it has been used only 2500 KM (more because of rusting chrome and metal plates). It was clearly mentioned in the receipts that i am not satisfied with the service and i clearly doubt about expertise of their experts who talk random and vague, instead of being specific they are general. Since then 4 times your customer care people have asked about status and i had told them the issue persist and they keep on enquiring if the workshop people have called, and i am giving the same response, no one is bothered from their end and i have not been contacted by them till date. If you could not deliver proper products and services to customer, why you gave representation and deceive customer about high quality of product and services. It seems all company is interested in gobbling up money on false pretext
