Text of Complaint by Biraja Prasad Dash:

Sir,

I’m writing to seek your assistance about a recent extremely frustrating experience l had with your services.

Few months back l switched all my devices to Airtel network from Jio and BSNL under the scheme :One Airtel 1349 Plan and have been using airtel mobile postpaid connections. Already l’ve paid upto March 31,2021 in advanced mode but unfortunately l’m receiving messages regarding overdue payment with disconnection notice since the month l’ve taken this scheme. Till now l’m receiving such messages.Due to this my children are unable to do their online classes and even l’m unable to attend my official online meetings.

I’m completely disappointed. I expect quality services from u and request u to address this issue with immediate attention and look forward to your replies within shortest time or else l’ll take legal action.
