I ordered a watch but when i received it wss defective as it’s loop of the strap was torn and tied with a thread to fix it. I requested a return but received yhe same product with same defect again . I was cheated on this part . Now, I have requested a return with a hope that they’ll return my money because many of the customers have claimed of not receiving the refund for years.
