Dear Concern,

There is an issue with Bill plan on my mobile no. 9536582133
The plan prior to 21-Mar-2019 was Vodafone Basis 299 plan, the same is changed to Vodafone RED – iPhone plan on 22-Mar-2019, when i talked to customer care regarding the same with complaint id: 594933760. As per them this plan was activated via vodafone app.
Whereas my concern is that how this plan got activated on my phone, when i have never used iphone.
Firstly I checked RED – iphone forever plan for subscriber with iphone i.e. if my sim is in iphone. The plan is available to change via Vodafone App.
Secondly I checked RED – iphone forever plan on phone other than iphone i.e. sim is in non-iphone then this plan is not visible to change in vadafone app.

 

I have conversation with vodafone idea people since 18-April-2019 and the summary for last conversation is on 25-Apr-2019 is as follows:

  1. As per vodafone customer care spoc the plan was activated by vodafone app only
  2. On asking vodafone spoc that this plan is not available for non-iphone user, then he said that its an advertisement and is available with some of non-iphone, whereas i checked randomly 2/3 non iphone and unable to see the plan is available. I already provided them with screen shots for same.
  3. Vodafone spoc said customer will say like this only, that means he is proving that I am lying. whereas i have provided screeenshot for same. And its a harassment to the customer.
  4.  Vodafone spoc also added that if the due is high it won’t be reverted whereas its a small amount therefore reversing the same. Whereas my conversation is never for the reversal its for the incorrect activation therefore I said that “I don’t require your reversal i put this matter to consumer court”.

My conclusion for this issue is that Vodafone doesn’t come up with proper solution for this instance. They said that this plan is visible to change via vodafone app for some of the non-iphone user and not for all. Which itself suggest there is discrepancy. And i still firmly said that I have not activated this from my end. Secondly the way Vodafone spoc said “customer says like this only” is very disappointing suggesting that customer is lying and is such a harassment.
