I have purchased Lenovo ideapad 330 laptop from paytm.The laptop is not having any physical damage. but there is certain issues with its working as it makes more noise than expected. so I took laptop to Lenovo service centre they also agree that there is problem in hard disk and it makes more noise than expected. Also warranty of product was expired by around 30-40 days before I received the product.
This means that laptop was used and it is defective. when I tried to call paytm no one accepts call further there is no action taken from them to replace the product. I have send mails regarding the same but they are fraud and not receiving phone calls. I wants to take strict action against paytm and should made to refund
