This is my complaint regarding the installation done of my Daikin AC at my residence in kestopur, kolkata, 700102 dtd 9th July, 2022. After installation done, it was priced around 7k for the process which was a lot overpriced and unnecessary charged by DAIKIN (SKD ENGINEERING KOLKATA). Even the installation guys were so ineffective that a lot of damage was done to my walls and they were busy preparing the bill and looting me instead of testing the AC. Now, on 17th,as i turned on the AC, to my surprise, the AC is releasing normal air and no chilling is done. This is completely unacceptable since after spending 7k, my AC has turned defective instead and is not working. The installation guys are not receiving phn. Even I tried to reach local head office numerous times but all in vain. Almost 15 times,I complained DAIKIN HEAD OFFICE but only response i am getting is they are raising/escalating my complaint. Till date, no one even bothered to address the issue. Such third-class follow up from DAIKIN, a reputed company. Now i m sure their kolkata office is total fraud. I want proper justice in this issue. Request authority to provide me full refund of 7k and i will manage some other local efficient guys to help me. DAIKIN your good days are gone.
