sir i had ordered for a Realme 7 (WhiteMist,128 GB) mobile phone ( paid Rs 16999/- in advance) on flipkart site on 17.09.20 and the same product was delivered on 23.09.20 and as soon as i received my phone i discovered that if i kept my phone unused for a while ( expl for 5 min or less) it got discharged it’s battery completly so i placed a return / replacement request on 27.09.20 but instead of replacement or return they just enquired about the fact and till today no responce from their side i get afraid whether my 30 days stipulated time for return/replacemet would not overed.
