- I have registered for new connection on 09th September 2020 and they said connection will be installed within 3 days but that doesn’t happen still.
- Today i.e., 30th September 2020 I received a message saying my new connection is cancelled as per my request (I never called customer care and nobody bothered to call me or informed me).
- When I called them back to return my money then they says it will take 15 days or time to return.
- They are simply stating that they have lot many customers everyday and they cannot call and inform each and every customer.
- Customer care service is waste and careless
