1. I have registered for new connection on 09th September 2020 and they said connection will be installed within 3 days but that doesn’t happen still.
2. Today i.e., 30th September 2020 I received a message saying my new connection is cancelled as per my request (I never called customer care and nobody bothered to call me or informed me).
3. When I called them back to return my money then they says it will take 15 days or time to return.
4. They are simply stating that they have lot many customers everyday and they cannot call and inform each and every customer.
5. Customer care service is waste and careless
