Text of Complaint by Sobin Deka:

My Name is Sobin Deka and I am a regular customer of vodafone cellular from almost 5 years. Now, At first day when I connect with vodafone service I was submitted my Identity and address proof (DL) along with Photograph of my own at Vodafone Mini Store, Anil Plaza, G.S. Road, Guwahati, Assam and my new sim has been activated. But a few days later I notice in My vodafone app that my name was submitted as someone “Dilip Kumar” and I bring this problem to same Vodafone Mini Store where I make my new connection and they convince me that they will make it correct shortly. So, Till then Im using my sim regularly without any problem. But today on 03/01/2019 my sim has been deactivated without any reason notice and reason. When make call to vodafone call center they said that you are not recharged your sim from last 3 months whereas I recharged my phone with Rs. 458 and Rs.35  seven days ago on 28/12/2018 and I have proof of that. So I visited again same vodafone mini store as let them know about this matter but, they said that you can only activate your sim again if you make your prepaid connection convert to postpaid otherwise you can’t and your previuos recharged money will not recover and my Name still registered as “Dilip Kumar”. So, Now this is clear that vodafone fraud to me and harassed me and I want my money and phone number back. Please help me.
