Dear Team
My self Mr Dhopatkar, my wife had ordered one baby toy from amazon by 21st sept 2021. We have received incomplete product and some part are missing. Hence She have raised replacement order.
After two days we have change our mind and we have requested for cancellation of order.
I have kept ready with box to return it. But till date no one have visited my place. While doing follow up, call center person asked me upload photo of product on some link. I have already uploaded the same and waiting for revert.
But till date I have not received any call or update. Now days I m not able to connect call center call also.
I m very fed up with the follow up.
Need my money back and take you product from my place.
