I bought a product from Amazon India with order ID ‘Order #: 403-6681346-1139558’. Thereafter I requested a return of the same within the stipulated return time frame. They gave me a date on which the item was supposed to be picked up for return. However that was not done, so I approached customer care, and they promised me that return will be initiated on a specific date. Again, that return date was missed. So I approached customer care for the third time, and again I was promised that return would be initiated on another date. Again for the third time, they missed the return date. There was never a call to pickup my return.
I don’t want to go to Amazon again to initiate a return request for the fourth time. This is just beyond absurd. I just need this to be solved as soon as possible.
