Hello my name is P Sudhakar rao i have order a mobile Xiaomi 12pro from amazon with exchange of my old IQ00 neo6…Since from 11th march 203 Amazon told me my mobile will be delivered on 12 th March 2023…Till now it iz not delivered…They told me to reset my mobile…i have done it…Now my mobile is empty…Now they are telling me the product is returning to the seller….i have raised complaint on customer care no complaint no D74908956
My order no 407- 65977671-4051509
Plz do take serious action against them
