Text of Complaint by Ayush Soni:

I purchased Crucial BX500 240GB ssd from amazon on 20 February 2022.and i was facing a problem with the ssd.I contacted Crucial customer care (crucial_services@kaizeninfoserve.com). SSD was to be sent to “Warehouse address: Kaizen Infoserve Pvt Ltd, #330/1, 1st Floor, 2nd Main,Domlur Layout,Bangalore-560071.Tel: + 91-80-40903838,Karnataka State,” according to the instructions I received. I used DTDC to ship my product on December 13 and, according to DTDC tracking (tracking ID: Z11099101), it arrived on December 15. However, despite sending 6 emails to confirm delivery, I have yet to hear back. email screenshots link :
