My refund for product return on paytm needs to be credited within 14 days. In paytm account there is an option regarding NEFT details for crediting refund but that option is not working.when we call customer care for help they dont pick up the call and there is a computer voice saying “we will arrange a callback for you in mentioned time.when call comes from paytm it disconnects within 2 seconds seems like they just want to show in their record history that they have called customer but are not resolving problems in actual
