Sir yesterday I used paytm to make the payment of my icici bank credit card. I got a message and email from paytm tha the payment is made successfully and the money was deducted from my bank account. But when I called icici bank to check if they received the payment or not they said they haven’t received any payment then I called paytm customer care to know what happened here then their agent said that they don’t provide assistance for this issue over the phone you need to reach us using 24 *7 help option and then I did that too but I haven’t received any response from paytm till now I got one responses but it was not my issue or name on that response. Then I called their customers care and it took 19 minutes to connect with an agent and when I got connected and was telling the agent about their worst service the agent disconnected the call without even resolving my issue. And now I am getting back to back calls from icici bank to do the payment. I told them the same that I have done the payment using paytm so they said it’s not their fault if the payment delay I will have to pay the late fee on overall ammount with interest and gst and its also hampering my credit score
