Order id – CW1605194992023they promise rs-1500 cashback after 14 days of delivery but they refuse my making excuse of you can’t order eyeglasses of rs0 frame. But their is nothing mationed in terms and conditions After placing order i also confirm fromCustmer care at that time they you are eligible for cashback but now 14 days are over so they refuses to pay cashback. And bock my phone no. So didn’t contact custmer. They tell offer is clubbed with another offer of rs0 frame price. But in terms and conditions point 12-it is clearly mationed that “offer can’t not be clubbed with any other offer “. And second thing is that in offer section their is no offer like rs0 frame. I also call custmer care after placing order also check my eligibility at That time custmer care clearly said you are eligible for cashback. DIXIT SHARMA
