This is regard in my paytm order 4760016410 with two items :
1. Aristocate 65 cms trolley
2. Aristocate 75 cms trolley
I recd the order on 12.3.18 and didnt like the quality, so I return both at same time on 13.3.18
Surprisingly, Item 1 return approved immidiately and Item 2 return still stand rejected.
As the seller, company, return policy, return time, return date all are same I am not able to understand why Item 2 return still in process, however I got my full refund amount for Item 1 (Aristocate 65 cms trolley).
Atleast 5-6 queries has already been raised by me from 12.3.18 uptill today. Paytm denies everytime return pickup.
Pls look into this and approve the return asap.
