Text of Complaint by Shahad:

I am a Jio AirFiber customer. On 5 June 2026, the outdoor AirFiber device installed at my premises became damaged due to a fire. I immediately reported the issue to Jio customer support.
Despite multiple follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved and my internet service has been unavailable since 5 June 2026. I have already paid for a 3-month subscription and am unable to use the service for which payment has been made.
I request immediate replacement/repair of the damaged equipment, restoration of service, and compensation or a refund for the period during which the service has remained unavailable.
If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to pursue the matter through the National Consumer Helpline and the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
