I wish to file a complaint against JioFiber regarding a prolonged disruption of broadband services.
My JioFiber connection has remained completely non-functional for the past three days. Despite repeatedly contacting customer support, I have only received generic responses stating that the issue will be resolved “tomorrow.” No definite restoration timeline, technical explanation, or effective resolution has been provided.
As a paying customer, I rely on this internet connection for essential personal and professional activities. The continuous outage has caused significant inconvenience, loss of productivity, and mental distress. The service provider has failed to deliver the uninterrupted service for which I have paid.
I request the Hon’ble Consumer Commission to direct JioFiber to:
1. Restore my broadband service immediately.
2. Provide appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, loss of service, and deficiency in service caused by the three-day outage.
3. Refund or extend my plan validity for the entire period during which the service remained unavailable.
4. Ensure that such recurring service failures are addressed with proper accountability and timely communication.
I am enclosing copies of my complaint records, customer support communications, and other relevant evidence in support of my claim.
I respectfully request the Commission to take appropriate action under the applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act for the deficiency in service and grant the reliefs sought.
