I am a law-abiding consumer with a genuine credit history.
Upon checking my CIBIL report, I discovered that an EARCPL credit card was reflected in my name.
I have never applied for, received, activated, or used any credit card issued by EARCPL.
The account falsely shows 35 delayed payment defaults, severely damaging my CIBIL score and affecting my ability to obtain loans and credit facilities.
This unauthorized reporting has caused financial loss, mental harassment, and reputational damage.
Despite raising objections, the incorrect information continues to appear in my credit report.
