Text of Complaint by Kunal Shah:

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am filing a complaint against QuickTV (quicktv.co.in) for charging me through auto-renewal immediately after the trial period without my explicit consent or intention. Also subscription is not visible while i logging in the application as well as no option to cancel the mandate.

I had taken the trial and forgot to cancel it before the deadline. Despite not using the service after the trial, the company auto-debited the subscription amount. When I contacted the support team, they did not provide any solution or refund.

This qualifies as an unfair trade practice under Indian Consumer Protection rules related to dark patterns and misleading subscription renewals.

I request:
1. Cancellation of Subscription
2. Cancellation of Mandate on the QuickTv application
3. Action against the company for denying legitimate consumer rights
