I would like to raise a complaint regarding an order I placed on 1st March 2026 for a Realme 18W power adapter (white) along with a Realme 10W Fast Charging Micro-USB cable (braided black).
However, on 16th March 2026, I received a Realme 45W power adapter, which is the wrong product. The item appears to be used and is completely defective, as it does not work at all. Additionally, the charging cable included in the order was not delivered.
This has been an extremely frustrating experience. I paid ₹670 for this order but received incorrect and incomplete items. Despite multiple follow-ups with Banjara, I have neither received the correct product nor a full refund. The responses I receive are repetitive and templated, and recently, there has been no response to my emails or calls.
I request you to kindly look into this matter and help me get a full refund at the earliest. I also urge you to escalate this complaint to the appropriate authorities, as this issue will impact other customers as well.
