I have done 10 rs recharge from PayTM and proceed further.
While paying time a voucher of 3001 Rs was paied. That was wrongly done.
I tried for call center but it automatically disconnected several time. I also requested for refund on app but they denied. They are saying to go and do shopping in central store.
I am person who is doing recharge of 10 rs. My monthly income is very less. And I don’t shop from expensive mall. That I can’t afford. I requested for refund. I want refund i have pay someone urgently for medical purpose.
