I want to file a complaint against a Zomato valet,when he called me for the delivery , I told him to come at my doorstep as it’s late night so I can’t come downstairs. He told me that I also can’t come bcz it’s late night. Then after sometimes I received a call from Zomato that I informed Zomato valet to cancel the order, but I didn’t say like it so I pressed 2 for continue with the order.
Again after sometime I received a call from Zomato customer service, the lady told me that Zomato valet’s health is not good so he is at 2nd floor and requesting me to come at 2nd floor, so I understood it and I went at 2nd floor but no-one was there, when I went at roadside I saw him, I told him why you told lie to care, he told gate is locked, I told him you can call me, door is not locked, you can open it if you called me , I can guide you for that, he rudely said take the order otherwise you can go. It’s your order you have to come, I will not come at doorstep. I told him what kind of behaviour it is,I will do complain against you, he told me whatever you want you can I don’t care..
This was first time I have faced this kind of behaviour from Zomato valet. I have used Zomato from past 3years also a regular customer.this kind of behaviour is not acceptable
