Hello,

This is Prakash and I am from delhi, I have ordered online food through zomato yesterday order #  1521279227 and got the confirmation from the restaurant that your order has been accepted, but after one hour I got a call from zomato and said we are not able to deliver your order due to trouble  on the road with the delivery boy, I request him to reconsider my order but he disconnected the call, it happened multiple times with me, they don’t have customer service number, they have only chat support and chat support ppls are not even ready to understand the problem, I have request please look into this matter.
