My paytm account no. 8958646508 mamta gupta ,i was see today 25.08.19 of paytm account balance zero, when account balance on 23.08.2019 before 8.00 PM Rs.4659/- credited. Rs.4659/- Fraudly deducted from my paytm wallet, dated 23.08.2019 time 8.00 PM to paytm wallet no. 6289638935 (use in West bengal). I was no known this paytm number.
And One Fraud Mobile number 7583946267 (Rakesh Sarkar-West bengal -As per Truecaller), calling from paytm to paytm customer for offer the Cash- back and and demanding the details.
But i was not shared any paytm details to Mr Rakesh or others and i was not transfer through paytm
Kindly resolve the claim and take action on fraud persons
