Text of Complaint by Ranjana Kumari:

  • I’m Advocate Ranjana Kumari W/o Adv Ajay Mishra R/o C-68A, street no. 3, Mandawali unche Par, I.P. Extension, East Delhi-92.
  • I have given ordered of food to SULTAN DHABA, Laxmi Nagar through SWIGGY App worth Rs.890/- on dated 16/06/2021 at 9:18pm and they show me that they dilivered within 40 minutes.
  • Swiggy neither call me nor reached me at my address.
  • After that I seen Swiggy message that call our agent otherwise we cancelled your order.
  • After that message i immediately called swiggy agent 2 times but he didn’t pick my call. I again called him then he picked my call and told me your order is cancelled.
  • He told me that he called me many times but my phone didn’t ring single time. I can show you my call details.
  • After that I called swiggy customer care 2 times but they also didn’t respond properly.
  • I ordered chappati & rice from somewhere else but due to cancelled order of swiggy my that food is also  wasted.
  • My family suffers a lot because of this unreasonable cancelled order.
  •  Kindly compensate my mentally as well as financial loss because of this fraud swiggy services.
