Text of Complaint by Somya:

I have received a call today from Snapdeal. The caller was dayashanker mishara, his employee ID is 11852390. Contact number: 9830860828 from which I received the call, he told me that I have purchased few items on this date and of this amount from Snapdeal and there was a lucky draw in which I have won Tata Safari, if I take it I will have to wassup my pan and adhaar card to them and with in 4 hrs car will be at my doorstep and if I do not want the car I can opt for cash worth 12.8 lakhs, to get that I will have to share my bank a/c details and remain with them on call for 20 mins and they will transfer the money to my a/c. There will be a registration fee of 6400 for car and 12800 for cash. I did not pay any amount as I was aware that it is a fraud call but this man shared his I’d card with me. Can Snapdeal answer on these fraud calls or they prefer to get there name spoiled. This is a cyber crime and many get caught into this. An strict and necessary action is required.
