Text of Complaint by Syed:

I have been wrongly guide and they changed my plan if I asked for my old plan they said that plan is no longer with Airtel. When I request for port id they asked me to pay my bill but after which I have not received one know after delaying for their side and they again asking me to pay the bill for getting my port numbers. I have reached them though phone and also online but the service remain the same
