Dear Team,
This is to inform you that for the first time we have faced such type of issue while traveling through bus booked through Paytm. Below is my major concern pertaining to the trip.
* We booked ticket from Bhuntar to Delhi journey date on 01st Jan,2019. Departure time was 20:00 pm. But the bus arrived at 1:00 am early morning of 2nd Jan,2019. We did not get any prior intimation on the late arrival of the bus.
Moreover, we have been following up with the driver and the conductor no.which has been given in the booking of the ticket but finally we got the drivers no.who told us that the bus will arrive at 1:00am.
* Incident-2: We have booked seat nos.11, 12, 15 and 16 respectively. But the bus Conductor provided the same seats to someone else. We guys have a problem of Motion Sickness still the conductor provided us the last seat of the bus. Which is serious health concern. Even after paying Rs.6000/- we have been denied to take our booked seats.
* Incident-3: the moment we boarded the bus, the bus Conductor asked for Baggage charges as well.
* Incident-4: We contacted the Paytm customer care. Even these guys were also not having the correct contact details of the bus Conductor. Paytm team promised to provide the alternate bus after having the 10min.discussion, but to no avail. We kept on waiting but we didn’t get any response from the Paytm customer care.
* Incident-5: As we were not having any option left so we boarded the bus while risking our lives due to health issue. Paytm customer care even after that kept on saying that we have forwarded your concern and we will resolve issue in 24 hours. But again Paytm failed in its promise.
Now, after going through all this torture, I would like to request you to refund the amount of this trip as you guys failed in your services. I need refund of Rs.6000/- due to unprofessionalism faced by Paytm and the bus Conductor.
