Dear Team,
I requested a Jio Fiber connection, and one of your representatives, Mr. Sujit, visited my shop and collected a payment of ₹2,824.92 on 05/06/2026. After the payment was deducted, he informed me that the connection would be installed by the next day as it would take some time for the payment to be updated.
However, the installation is still pending. I have been trying to contact Mr. Sujit, but he is not answering my calls.
As the connection is very urgent for my business, I request you to kindly confirm whether the installation can be completed today.Plz check the screenshot and help me to resolve the issue.
