I had booked a bus ticket on Paytm with registered no. 7048506996 on 24th Sept. 2019. I had attached a image file as a reference. In Paytm app, it said that my ticket is confirmed but when I reached Bus station, there was no my name in Reservation name List. I complaint in Paytm Customer Care . They said that they will solve it in within 15 days. Now it is almost a month. I called Paytm Care 4-5 times, they said everytime that will solve it in 24 hours.
and till now I dont get refund. Please help me to get refund. I had attached all required documents.
