This is Suman, I hold an account in HDFC Bank,Tonk Road, Jaipur. My customer ID is 8297352, account number is 06441050009749.
I wrongly credited Rs 64,000.00 on 20/10/2019 (Sunday) through PhonePe due to some fraudulent activity, which I realised later and went to bank branch on 21/10/2019, early morning at 9.30 am to inform this and know if this can be traced and somehow this can be reversed. I was told that they will revert by evening. (so lethargic approach, I guess such complaints to be treated on priority) Don’t know why common man is treated so casually?
Unfortunately, I got no response from the branch till now (9.35 pm). My transaction details are as attached.
