Hello! I am a registered seller on Meesho. Since I have started on Meesho as a seller, from the very first day the site showed a pop up again and again stating 1200rs free ad credit to use for running a free ad. After using the ad service when I sold some products, my payment came but not full but some amount was already deducted from it. When I tried to contact them the seller suppourt callers said that it was deducted because you used the ad service.
If the ad sevice was going to cost me then why the Meesho site showed the notification that you have received 1200rs free ad credit & use it to run ad free of cost.
Totally a scam. Since then whenever i sell something i recieve less amount than the total price on which i have sold it. Today on 06/09/2022 – I’m trying to contact Meesho but there is not reply from them. Worst thing is there is only one option to contact them & that is they will call me back after I raise a complaint ticket to and ask them to call….
But daily raising tickets & not getting any call/sms or email.
