I booked 2 ticket through IRCTC site on Oct 18th,2019. On the same day I have cancelled two tickets and those PNR details are mentioned above. I have already contacted customer care many times. As per the policy with 7 working days refund should be initiated and credited to users. Today is 11th Nov 2019. Till now I have not received any refund amount. There is no proper response from IRCTC and they are not considering the issue on priority.
