Text of Complaint by Harmit Kaur:

I have done a recharge of 163 on my jio number as advised by Jio customer care but didn’t received the value services. When I called customer care they said this plan is active but its only for jio phone users, instead you can do a top up recharge of 20 and enjoy the benifits. I again did a recharge of 20Rs but again was unable to make calls (neither Jio to Jio) or use data. I then again called Jio customer care and expalined the whole thing but the advisor was unable to answer or give any solution. I asked him to transfer the call to his supervisor and he said that supervisors are not available and started arguing with me. After 20 mins he suddenly put my call on hold and then after 5 mins my call was transferred to Niren (Supervisor). I gain explained the whole thingh to him and asked to refund the amount or activate another paln. He then said that refund are done oly to our valued xustomers who spend 5000 or 10000 in our palns. Then he also started arguing with me and started misbehaving. Then he said we are blocking your number you can do ehat you want.

This is very unprofessional behaviou i received from Jio customer care. Very disappointed. I have 10 members in my family, all are using Jio but after this we are switching our connection.
