Subject: Complaint against Flipkart for repeated cancellation of refrigerator orders without consent
Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Eswara Rao Patnana, am filing this complaint against Flipkart for unfair trade practice and deficiency in service.
I ordered refrigerators through Flipkart under the following Order IDs:
1. OD437355900786843100
2. OD437437469321942100
The orders reached the delivery location/hub, but Flipkart cancelled them without my consent and without proper delivery attempts.
This issue did not happen once. Flipkart has repeatedly cancelled my refrigerator orders multiple times (around 32 times), causing severe mental harassment, inconvenience, waste of time, and financial loss.
In several instances:
* The orders had already reached the nearby delivery location.
* No genuine delivery attempt was made.
* Orders were cancelled unilaterally without my approval.
* Customer support failed to provide a proper resolution.
* The product price changed/increased after cancellation.
Such conduct amounts to:
1. Deficiency in service
2. Unfair trade practice
under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Because of these repeated cancellations, I suffered:
* Mental stress and harassment
* Delay in receiving an essential household appliance
* Financial loss due to price fluctuations
* Repeated inconvenience and wasted time
I request the Hon’ble Commission to direct Flipkart to:
1. Provide compensation for mental harassment and inconvenience
2. Reimburse any financial loss caused by repeated cancellations
3. Pay litigation costs
4. Take corrective action to prevent such unfair practices
