Text of Complaint by SEEMA SHAHI:

I am writing this complaint with extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the Corporate Internet Connection that I purchased from Jio on 24th April 2026 for my company use.

The installation was completed on 25th April 2026, but unfortunately, from the very first day itself, the connection has been continuously malfunctioning. I specifically opted for this connection for both WiFi and Ethernet/LAN usage for official work purposes, but neither of these services has functioned properly even once.

Since the installation date, I have repeatedly contacted the concerned Jio representatives and customer support team regarding the issue. Every time, a ticket gets raised and a technician gets assigned, but no technician actually visits the site. Shockingly, after some time, I receive an email stating that:

“Technician has visited the site but forgot to take photographs, kindly share them.”

This false and misleading service update has happened FOUR TIMES with me. No technician has ever properly resolved the issue, yet the complaints are being closed dishonestly without resolution.

This behavior is highly unprofessional, unethical, and extremely disappointing from a company of Jio’s stature. It clearly reflects negligence towards customers and complete failure in after-sales service.

Additionally:

The person through whom this connection was sold to us is now not even answering calls.
We are unable to use the service despite paying for it.
Our office work and operations are getting affected due to this unresolved issue.
We have suffered unnecessary stress, time loss, and business inconvenience because of your poor service management.

At this stage, I no longer wish to continue with this connection.

Therefore, I demand the following immediately:

Complete disconnection of this Corporate Jio Connection.
Full refund of the amount paid by us.
Immediate pickup of your router and installed equipment.
Written confirmation regarding closure and refund timeline.

If this matter is not resolved urgently, I will be forced to escalate this complaint before the Consumer Forum and other appropriate authorities for deficiency in service, false complaint closures, and customer harassment.

I sincerely hope Jio takes this complaint seriously and resolves the matter professionally instead of continuing this unacceptable treatment.
