Subject: Complaint Regarding Online Task Fraud and Money Scam
Respected Sir/Madam,
I would like to file a complaint regarding an online money fraud/scam conducted through a fake task and investment platform called “Mint”.
Initially, they offered small online tasks and promised profits for completing them. For the first task, I invested Rs. 2,000 and received around Rs. 2,800, which made me trust the platform.
Later, they added me to a group and informed me that I needed to complete 2–3 tasks together to receive higher profits and withdrawal access.
After that:
– I paid Rs. 5,000 for Task 1
– Then I paid Rs. 26,000 for Task 2
They promised that after completing these tasks, I would be able to withdraw my total amount along with profits. However, when I requested withdrawal, they refused and demanded that I complete a third task by paying more money.
When I refused, they blocked/denied my withdrawal completely. I realized that this was a fraud/scam. Due to this scam, I lost a total amount of approximately Rs. 36,000.
I request you to kindly investigate this matter and take necessary action against the fraudsters. Please help me recover my money and prevent others from becoming victims of this scam.
I can provide screenshots, transaction details, chat messages, and payment proofs for further investigation.
